Hey, I’m John Holland — a writer, director, producer, and video editor with two decades of experience in comedy, content, and controlled chaos.

I’ve been doing this long enough to remember when “content creator” wasn’t a job title, and long enough to have worked across just about every format: TV, YouTube, branded digital, live-streams, sketch shows, promos, docu-style series — you name it. If it involves storytelling and a deadline, I’ve probably done it (and added a punchline).

Over the years, I’ve written for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, produced viral hits for AMP Entertainment, cut high-octane content for Funhaus at Warner Bros. Discovery, and helped brands and creators turn ideas into stuff people actually want to watch. I know how to find the funny, even when it’s buried under 7 hours of raw footage and someone forgot to slate.

Whether I’m scripting, shooting, or stitching it all together in post, I bring the same energy: sharp writing, cinematic instincts, and enough editing finesse to make even awkward footage feel intentional.

Bottom line? I make things that are tight, smart, and funny — and I’ve been doing it long enough to still love the challenge.
